I hired CSI on two separate occasions. Barry came out to my home to perform a mold detection and air quality test. He explained everything they were doing and also provided me with the test results.

CSI does a great job of keeping the pests at bay. They come several times a year, will check the inside as well as treat the outside, and respond quickly to any kind of issue that we have.

We had a great experience with CSI! We are first time home buyers and they delivered an excellent service and really helped us out. First: we tried to book online, and weren’t able to select a date until a few months out. We went on the site about 6pm (after business hours) so we decided not to book online and would just call them the next day to see if we could book an earlier appointment, so we exited the page. My fiancé received a call from the front desk at about 6:30, the woman he spoke with said “we saw you were on the site but didn’t book and wanted to see if we could help”. She got us booked for the next weekend! Really excellent customer service, we were very impressed.Dallas did our inspection and was PHENOMENAL. He arrived early to do the outdoor portion and flew a drone to inspect the roof. He wore a mask and booties the whole time inside. He was polite, friendly, and clearly very experienced. He offered professional advice and was extremely thorough. He arrived at noon and was out at 4:30. I especially appreciated that he discussed with us what was normal wear and tear on a 15 year old home, and gave us general estimates on how long certain appliances tend to last so that we could have a rough timeline on when to expect big ticket replacements.I highly recommend CSI for a home inspection. Start to finish they delivered a stellar service.

Very honest inspector. When determined no mold, he provided guidelines to remove stains and repair a small leak in the shower. If I need similar testing in the future, I'll definitely call again. Didn't try to make the problem into something it wasn't and didn't insult my intelligence.

I am a long-time customer of CSI for pest control and termite inspection. I have found their employees to be very professional and thorough in their work.
